Transformation

I want to speak to the people who feel like they’re changing… transforming into something they don’t fully recognize or understand. As consciousness rises collectively, many of us don’t realize it’s happening together. We think it’s just us.

We withdraw. We want more solitude. We feel called inward. And then we start questioning ourselves.

Are these thoughts legitimate?

Is what I’m feeling real?

Am I losing it?

When you look around and don’t see others reflecting your experience, it can feel isolating. You test your thoughts in conversation, and often you don’t meet people who are resonating at the same level, frequency, or vibration.

But then something beautiful happens.

You meet someone who does understand. Someone who knows exactly what you’re

describing—not intellectually, but experientially. And there’s this quiet recognition. A sense of

relief. Like, “Oh… it’s not just me.”

There are far more people going through this than we realize.

We are operating from subconscious programming. Fear-based reactions. Constant stimulation.

Fight-or-flight.

And then we wonder why we can’t sleep.

Why digestion is off. Why anxiety creeps in.

Why there are heart palpitations, headaches, or depression.

It’s not mysterious. It’s a nervous system that never rests.

Take a breath. Cut out the noise. Find the silence within.

That inner stillness—that’s the real home base.

So, if you’re feeling alone in your transformation, you’re not.

If you’re withdrawing a bit, going inward, questioning everything—that doesn’t mean you’re

broken. It may mean you’re integrating.

And somewhere, more people than you think are doing the exact same thing.
