Thoughts Change Feelings

Thoughts shape feelings.

So, when an emotion rises, don’t suppress it — and don’t spiral.

Feel it. Name it.

“I feel frustrated.”

“I feel jealous.”

“I feel angry.”

When you name it, you create s

pace. And in that space, you get a choice.

You don’t need to overanalyze why.

Just decide:

“I don’t want to live here.”

If it’s shame — choose integrity.

If it’s fear — choose steadiness.

If it’s self-judgment — choose compassion.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You just have to be moving forward.

If life starts to feel heavy or joyless, that’s feedback.

Adjust.

Most events are neutral.

It’s the story that creates suffering.

Spill the drink?

Clean it up.

No drama. No self-attack.

Guard your thoughts.

They become feelings.

Feelings become energy.

Energy becomes experience.

Choose wisely.
